My hearty greetings to all students for a very successful and challenging career..!

We at Shia P. G. College, truly believe that if students have placed their trust in us for their personal and professional development, it is for us to take charge of their grooming and mentoring in every perceivable area of their all-round development. We aim to identify their strengths and weaknesses in academics and devise ways and means to help build competency on and off-campus hours.

Higher education is the touchstone by which the progress of a nation is measured in times today. As the country stands poised on the brink of an exciting future, higher education is as important as administrative policy. Today society, academia, and the industry, all need to stand together and share their commitment, enthusiasm and expertise in order to create a responsibly progressive and skilled citizenry. In keeping with this very spirit, Shia P. G. College, Lucknow has been focussing on providing all-round relevant and comprehensive education to students for the last three decades in an environment that lays emphasis upon sound ethics, healthy values, and mutual respect.

Education is the fountainhead of growth, progress, and development in any part of the world. Its contribution has been responsible for the upliftment of society in shaping the moral fiber of the student community and contributing to the nation’s well-being by producing the bright minds of tomorrow. We at Shia P. G. College, have structured an effective and holistic education system in a way that prepares the students to be effective and efficient and enables them to make the best use of the opportunities that the world sends their way. The courses offered by our College not only enable the students to develop a gamut of skills but also help them apply themselves to the real-world problems,and thus,fast-tracking their careers.

The College, under the control of the Board of Trustees, Shia College and other connected institutions, is not just a college, but it is also the only unique and complete one of its kind in India. It is not about merely teaching etiquette, but it is also about making the students ‘industry-ready’ to face the challenges placed before them in the dynamic corporate environment, thus bridging the gap between education and the industry.

Our journey of providing education is century-old where we encourage our students to not only have a great academic career but also boost their participation in extra-curricular activities and sports. Our entire effort has gone towards making our academic structure not just purely academic but a value-added, rewarding and enriching experience.

Through handpicked experienced faculty, great physical infrastructure, and an effective teaching system, we create a teaching-learning environment for our students to provide them ample scope for their multifaceted all-round development; to equip them with technical and analytical skills and to develop an innovative solution to intricate real-life problems using existing and novel technologies. We train our students to comprehend and communicate everything effectively on complex activities with society at large; strive to make them able to effectively report and design documentation; make an effective presentation and receive clear instruction.

We recognize the need for it and have the preparation and ability to engage our students in independent and life-long learning experience in the broadest context of technological change.
